Rob’s experience has developed from his tenure in senior management roles for national retailers, managing large teams across multiple states.

To significant time in transaction based roles in Brisbane’s growing northern industrial corridor, and as a tenant representative, securing deals with institutional-based landlords on behalf of some national retailers.

This diverse range of experience gives him a clear understanding of strategic planning, business development, sales growth, and logistics that are all unique to the WA market, as well as a wide national network to leverage from.

Rob prides himself on providing his clients with expert advice, backed by data-driven information to ultimately ensure his clients can make educated decisions on their property portfolio. Michael joins the Realmark Industrial team as a Commercial Sales and Leasing C and Property and Real Estate with a Finance major at Deakin University in Melbourne.  

Straight out of university, he spent 3.5 years completing a variety of transactions in Industrial Real Estate with Rutherfords in Melbourne, ranging from 100-5000m2.  

Boasting a drive to suconsultant with a breadth of experience in the property industry and a dedication to his craft.  

Before beginning his career in Perth, Michael completed a double degree in Commerceceed and a commitment to delivering the best service to his clients, Michael enjoys seeing people live out their dreams, upscale operations and grow their organisations.

In his down time, Michael loves everything sport related and hanging out with his mates.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in various community groups, including serving as Chair of the Swan Chamber of Commerce Planning Committee and holding positions on the Board of Directors of First National Australia and the Darlington Sports and Recreation Association.
