Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. This expansive knowledge provides Realmark Pilbara's Newman office with the strong leadership required for today’s changing marketplace.

For the last 14 years, Brett, has been a proven market leader in the Pilbara. In addition to his vast experience, Brett brings with him a very client focused work ethic and highly developed negotiation skills. Honed in the extremely competitive Gold Coast real estate market, taught Brett to think outside the box, to arrive at successful conclusions to negotiations.

With these skills Brett has been able to achieve between approximately 65 to 70% of all residential sales that have taken place in Newman since his arrival in Newman in April 2015. Without a doubt, Brett is the Market Leader for Newman and Tom Price residential property sales and leasing.

As an esteemed Business Development Manager, having moved from the outskirts of Belfast in 2004 Colleen now lives along the coast and has long specialised in the Northern and Coastal Suburbs, and has a long association with the Realmark brand.

To date, some of her most notable achievements are successfully leasing homes both off market and with creative marketing to achieve higher than average rental returns on long-term leases. On her days off, Colleen can be found spending some quality family time, enjoying the local beaches and keeping fit at her local gym in Hillary’s.

Virginia is a passionate real estate professional with deep appreciation for beachside community, where she has developed a love for the lifestyle and the stunning Perth coastline.

Growing up in a family of real estate agents, she was immersed in the industry from a young age, answering inquiries on the family phone when home numbers were the norm.

With over 20 years of experience at her central Joondalup office, Virginia is dedicated to providing kind, friendly, and professional service to her clients.
