Gary brings a rare depth of knowledge and professionalism to his role as a Residential Sales Representative. Having spent close to a decade as a valuer across both residential and commercial sectors, conducting over 9,000 property valuations, he offers clients a sharp eye for detail and an evidence-based approach to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. Raised in the City of Melville and City of Canning, and now a proud Melville resident, Gary has strong roots in the local community. A graduate of Rossmoyne Primary and Senior High School, he went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Property at Curtin University, where he later returned as a guest lecturer in property (2010–2013).

With a background in marketing as well (Degree in Mass Communication), he was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.
