Alex is a seasoned Real Estate professional with nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of Perth’s northern suburbs. Having grown up in Duncraig and spent much of his life on Nicholli Street, Alex attended Davallia Primary School, followed by Carine Senior High School, and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science.   

Being Duncraig born, Alex brings the kind of local knowledge and insight that only comes from living in the area—understanding not just the streets and homes, but the community, the lifestyle, and the little details that make the northern suburbs such a special place to call home. 

Playing a vital role within the Green Team for the previous six years under the mentorship of  WA Residential Sales Person Of The Year/ 2024 (REIWA) - Aaron Green, which further refined Alex’s skills under the guidance of a top tier industry professional.  

Despite a strong family tradition of teaching, Alex took an unexpected turn into real estate—sparked by two chance encounters at separate weddings in the same week, where he found himself seated next to real estate agents at both events. That serendipitous twist convinced him to step into the world of real estate, and he’s been hooked ever since. 

Alex is driven by a passion to achieve the best possible results for every client, dedicating his full focus and energy to each interaction. This commitment makes him an invaluable asset to both the Realmark North Coastal team and the clients he represents  

Known for his exceptional communication skills, Alex has developed clear, client focused strategies to ensure buyers and sellers stay informed and supported throughout the entire selling process. His goal is always to make every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible.  Alex has a strong belief in the real estate industry, having experienced it from all angles—both as a first home buyer and a landlord. This first hand perspective from "the other side of the fence" has shaped the level of care, understanding, and service he strives to deliver to every client. 

When he’s not working, you’ll find Alex on the football (world game) pitch, or out walking his two dogs, Theo the Cocker Spaniel and Albie the Dachshund, both black and tan and full of personality. Alex is a devoted (and perhaps controversially so!) supporter of the Melbourne Demons and a lifelong member of Manchester United Football Club. 

Beyond real estate, Alex actively supports his community, including involvement with Poynter Primary School with the Farmers Market & monthly coffee mornings, St Stephen’s coffee vans, and supporting/previously playing for Hamersley Rovers Football Club.
