Ian entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force.  Core values of professionalism, work ethic, honesty and integrity that were a part of his life from when he started his military career at age 16 have naturally transitioned into his highly successful career in real estate. Alex is a seasoned Real Estate professional with nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of Perth’s northern suburbs. Having grown up in Duncraig and spent much of his life on Nicholli Street, Alex attended Davallia Primary School, followed by Carine Senior High School, and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science.   

Being Duncraig born, Alex brings the kind of local knowledge and insight that only comes from living in the area—understanding not just the streets and homes, but the community, the lifestyle, and the little details that make the northern suburbs such a special place to call home. 

Playing a vital role within the Green Team for the previous six years under the mentorship of  WA Residential Sales Person Of The Year/ 2024 (REIWA) - Aaron Green, which further refined Alex’s skills under the guidance of a top tier industry professional.  

Despite a strong family tradition of teaching, Alex took an unexpected turn into real estate—sparked by two chance encounters at separate weddings in the same week, where he found himself seated next to real estate agents at both events. That serendipitous twist convinced him to step into the world of real estate, and he’s been hooked ever since.

Known for his exceptional communication skills, Alex has developed clear, client focused strategies to ensure buyers and sellers stay informed and supported throughout the entire selling process. His goal is always to make every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible.  Alex has a strong belief in the real estate industry, having experienced it from all angles—both as a first home buyer and a landlord. When he’s not working, you’ll find Alex on the football (world game) pitch, or out walking his two dogs, Theo the Cocker Spaniel and Albie the Dachshund, both black and tan and full of personality. Alex is a devoted (and perhaps controversially so!) supporter of the Melbourne Demons and a lifelong member of Manchester United Football Club.

Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance.

With a background in marketing as well (Degree in Mass Communication), he was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.

He specialises in Greenwood, Warwick and surrounds where his hard work and dedication has made him a local favourite.
