Dave Seah was born in Singapore and came to WA in 2011 where he graduated from UWA with a Commerce Degree in Accounting & Finance.

With a background in marketing as well (Degree in Mass Communication), he was introduced into Real estate in 2012 and joined the Realmark North Coastal team in 2018 with over 5 years’ experience in the industry.

He specialises in Greenwood, Warwick and surrounds where his hard work and dedication has made him a local favourite.

Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. For the last 14 years, Brett, has been a proven market leader in the Pilbara.
