Realmark founder and managing director John Percudani spoke to 6PR's Mornings recently with advice for anyone thinking of buying or selling, and why traditional methods may not be optimal in the face of low listing volume, high demand, and a strong rental market.
“It’s a very tight market, we have high population growth, immigration and employment rate driving high demand in rental and owner-occupied property,” Mr Percudani said.
“In a situation like WA where everybody is pursing a fast sale, they’re not necessarily achieving the best results.”
