Perhaps you’ve been in a situation where you’ve been selling a property without having seen it with your own eyes for a number of years – let alone during the selling process.
Realmark Urban sales consultant Ryan Smith told The West Australian being this situation doesn’t need to be a barrier to selling a property.
“When it comes to the selling side of things, agents can basically prepare everything from the staging of furniture, running the sales process and updating the vendors daily on what is happening” he said.
“For real estate agents, nothing really changes other than the way we communicate with our overseas or interstate vendors.
“We might have to increase time onsite to get a few extra things done or check on any specific issues, but that is all part of the job”
