WHAT MY OWNER SAYS ABOUT ME:
The location is the best on Broadway - a stroll to the river, a fabulous little French cafe on the other side of the street for that morning coffee and croissant, and a stone's throw to 'Broadway Fair' shopping centre with its bar and eateries.
Furthermore the apartment is situated close to the University, 10 minutes to the CBD and 10 minutes to Cottesloe Beach.
I always wanted to buy into the Stanford block as I think it is arguably the nicest on Broadway, and I purchased the property because it appeals to the heart and the head - it is the perfect 'blue-chip' investment as well as being an absolutely gorgeous place in which to live.
I enjoyed every moment there and I know the next resident will feel the same.
