WHAT MY OWNER SAYS ABOUT ME
Designed to be waterwise and low maintenance we spend plenty of time in our garden designed by Naturescape (Neil and Jenny Delmage).
We do very little to maintain it now that it's established.
We love it, especially looking out from the kitchen and family room, and sitting on the limestone wall with a glass of wine, pushing the swing!
We love the proximity to Angove, Beaufort, Oxford Streets and The Mezz....we walk to all these areas with ease and the park at the end of the street is dog and child friendly, it's a big congregation point for families in the evenings!
At last count there were 35 children living in Waugh St - we can't imagine finding a more family friendly neighbourhood!
