We love our home on The Boulervarde. We are truly in the heart of Mt Hawthorn and love that we have a beautiful park on our street as well as being within walking-distance to some great boutiques, bakeries and coffee shops.
Our home itself has been a labour of love. We have lovingly restored it, whilst adding a distinctive design flair. Our home is practical, the backyard and elevated deck are perfect for entertaining. We have installed all the mod-cons, including a ducted-aircon that can be controlled by an app on your phone! We love all the quirks of our character cottage that we transformed into a expansive entertainer. However, the icing-on-the-cake has to be our fabulous neighbours. Not only is our street lovely and quiet, but we are fortunate enough to have some of the most generous neighbours on either side too.
