Annette is an experienced and qualified solicitor, admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Western Australia since April 2008. Annette built a strong foundation of legal expertise while working at Clayton Utz Lawyers and Steinepreis Paganin Lawyers and Consultants, with experience in equity capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business and asset sales, and property transactions.

Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer for Realmark, Annette is a key member of the executive team. In this role, Annette provides legal support to owned businesses, ensures legal compliance, and offers strategic advice to managers and executives.

This includes overseeing systems and processes across Realmark’s network of real estate businesses. Core responsibilities encompass managing transactions, and driving changes in consumer and user experience.  

Beyond technical legal expertise, Annette has substantial experience in developing policies, procedures, and precedents, adopting new technologies and methods, and delivering training and presentations to enhance organisational practices

  • Annette is proud to support many Realmark community initiatives in particular St Barts one of Perth’s leading non-for profit organisations for vulnerable and homeless.

  • In 2022, Annette completed the CapeCape with Zero to Zero, raising funds and awareness for youth mental health and each year raises money for WA’s Telethon with her family.

  • Annette is passionate about inclusion and diversity in the work force and champions team and industry initiatives for change.
