Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a Government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate. He later worked at a well renowned international property firm in the Retail Investments team, where he was involved in negotiating and executing sales and leases for his clients. As a Realmark Sales and Leasing Associate, Fletcher has built a strong network of professional relationships with many notable clients such as Woolworths, Firmus Hesperia, QUBE and DevWest. Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a Government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate.

He later worked at a well renowned international property firm in the Retail Investments team, where he was involved in negotiating and executing sales and leases for his clients.

As a Realmark Sales and Leasing Associate, Fletcher has built a strong network of professional relationships with many notable clients such as Woolworths, Firmus Hesperia, QUBE and DevWest.

He enjoys designing new concepts and strategic tenancy mixes that compliment their community and each other. He has worked on multiple development projects such as Woolworths Inglewood, Electric Lane, Victoria House and is currently working on an upcoming mixed use development in Mirrabooka, Safety Bay, Murdoch and a redevelopment of a $40 million shopping centre.
