Ali currently manages offices towers within the Perth CBD with net lettable areas from 3,000m2 to 6,500m2 as well as retail regional shopping and Medical centers held by private investors and listed trusts.
Ali also excels in managing live buildings undergoing Asset Enhancement Initiatives overseeing multi floor fit-outs and make good projects for tenants and landlords., seamlessly balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.
Ali is also committed to continuous professional development, holding an Advanced Diploma of Management, certified in Evacuation Coordination, and has an advanced admin certification in Gallagher Access Control.
