Russell Vaguez brings over 17 years of cross-industry experience spanning real estate, aviation, mining, and information technology. His diverse professional background, including leadership roles in sales and operations at three major airlines for cargo logistics, equips him with a rare depth of operational insight and stakeholder management expertise. At Realmark Strata, Russell applies this broad skill set to deliver high-performing, client-focused strata management across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.

Drawing on his background in IT and logistics, Russell takes a highly structured, solutions-driven approach to strata. He is known for implementing efficient systems, managing complex maintenance programs, and fostering collaborative relationships with Councils of Owners, contractors, and residents alike. Originally a licensed electrician, Jake transitioned from the trades to strata with a genuine passion for property and people. His background in construction means you can count on him for practical, informed guidance on maintenance, upgrades and major works.

He holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management, plus certifications in Business and Electrotechnology.

Outside of work, Jake can often be found at the beach with his two Golden Retrievers - or mastering the barbeque.

With a strong background in sales and customer service, Kelly brings excellent communication and problem-solving skills to Realmark Strata.
