Location:
Lakelands sits in a one of the fastest growing corridors in WA's South West Peel Region. The line has now been completed and sits right next to the Lakelands Large Format Centre.

City of Rockingham & Mandurah:
The subject site sits on the edge of both Rockingham and Mandurah local councils and is seeing a huge investment in commercial activity.
